The number of participants is limited, and registration is required.
Note, that upon acceptance the course fee of 460 € must be paid, which covers lodging, food, social events, workshop dinner and excursion.
Selection criteria
The course will accept 26 doctoral students or early post-doctoral researchers who use NMR spectroscopy as the main experimental technique in their research.
The participants will be selected based on:
- Relevance of their research interests as described in the candidate’s motivation letter
- Demonstration that the candidate is performing successful research
- Expectations for the course and how the potential knowledge gain will be beneficial for the candidate’s research project.
The applicants need to provide:
- Motivation letter
- Description of research interests
- Curriculum Vitae, incl. publications
- Poster abstract
Letter of recommendation
The supervisor or head of laboratory is required to submit a letter of recommendation. Reference letters should be mailed to
Abstract guidelines
The poster abstract should be less than 300 words and should summarize the research topic and the main findings. Poster specifications
Poster size is A0 format: 841 mm (width), 1189 mm (height)
Registration fees
There will be a registration fee of 460€ for accepted participants, which covers lodging, food, social events, workshop dinner and excursion.
Payment will occur by bank transfer. The selected participants will receive an e-mail with the acceptance letter together with information and details regarding the payment procedure no later than the 4th of May 2026.
A limited number of travel grants and grants to cover additional childcare costs is available for eligible participants. Applicants should specify their needs in the registration form. Maximally €500 per participant can be allocated.
